Quality Life Construction (QLC) utilizes a component building process. Our construction is of the highest quality green construction available. QLC steel construction homes and commercial sites are built in record time; approximate 30-45 days (after permits), your turnkey product is ready for family or business.  QLC offers an R – 30 thermal rating, withstands winds of 175 mph, and has a seismic rating as well.  Structures can be built anywhere in the world and still meet building code.  They are fire retardant, low maintenance, energy efficient and all our buildings contain an air filter system which eliminates most dust, and bacterial/viral airborne particles. All structures, no matter what size or style, are built with the same quality materials to the highest quality standards.
